Interview
First Phone Screen (10-15 mins). Second Round Purely Technical. Superday was 4 back to back interviews. Some were purely behavioral, and it was pretty cool that one of them was with the co-founder. Nice people, but they never got back to me, not even a rejection.
1st and 2nd round are technicals. Mostly accounting and valuation concepts. Expect 1 or 2 behavrials in round 2. Superday consists of 4 interviews, 2 with the co-founders of the firm, and 2 other managing director. No techs in superday, but know you motivations for the role.

First round was mix of behavioral and technical. very conversational with some brainteasers after. technicals were mid difficulty. study 400 Investment banking question guide and should be fine. have really tailored answers ready as well
