First is some questions to get to know the candidate like introduction, academic background and work experiences. Then, I was asked to tell more about my experiences and how i could leverage them to the company. On the interview, I was also asked to propose a Tiktok content Strategy right after the content team leader tell me about the objectives. The interview process is professional in my opinion
