I applied online. I interviewed at TBD Media Group in Jun 2020
Interview
I was invited to a face to face interview after a telephone based one (first round) in the middle of COVID19 lockdown without any mention of social distancing or protection measures. My application was for a position I have loads of experience in, ticking 99% of the skills required in the job description. The suggested interview date and time was two days later - I have a young child and requested an alternative appointment the following week which allows me time to arrange childcare. I received no reply.
A couple of days later (as every good sales person will do) I chased them - and received the unlikely explanation that the position is no longer available as the team has been restructured. I laughed reading the response and even harder when I saw the exact same advert uploaded on LinkedIn a day later. Since then I have seen the exact same position advertised another 3 times in the space of 2/3 months - appearing as a new job each time.
I rarely post reviews but decided its worth spending half of my free time during little one's nap because discriminating against anyone including young parents in 2020 should not be a thing.
Under Culture and Values below there should be an option for ZERO or minus 1 stars

Question 1
Can you meet us tomorrow at our offices (2 hours by public transport from central London?)
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at TBD Media Group (London, England) in May 2023
Interview
Manager was clearly on coke during my interview, he was heavily sweating and grinding his teeth. This made me feel very uncomfortable. I could tell this is not an organisation I would like to be part of so I ended the interview early. He was very rude and swore at me and said I have wasted his time.
