Applied through University website -> Behavior Interview with three people (General behavior question plus one or two technical questions) -> wait for ~ two weeks -> Offer Letter -> Background Check (The whole process took about 2 months

Interviewee was on time and made sure I had everything I needed to start (e.g water). Most questions were behavioural and I received a call back from them a week after.
