Interview
I applied online and reached out to the recruiter via LinkedIn (she was listed on the job application). She was very excited I reached out and set up an initial interview with me right away. From there, I had a phone interview with the recruiter and a Zoom interview with the TCA president and other executive team members. It was a very laid back, enjoyable and quick interview process! I received an offer less than a week after my final interview, and I happily accepted it.
I was first contacted by the recruiter to set up an initial 20 minute screener via phone call. She was very easy going and calmed any nerves I had. I was contacted a day or two later to set up a 30 minute Zoom interview with the two heads of media and the president of the agency. It was fairly relaxed with no super hard questions.

Interview
Had a phone interview the week before and then a Zoom interview. Explained the company and the work I would be doing. Thought that it went very well but did not receive an offer.
