Interview
The interview process was smooth and well-structured. It started with an online aptitude and Java fundamentals test, followed by a technical interview that focused on OOPs concepts, collections, and Java 8 features. After clearing the technical round, I was asked to complete a practical assignment to assess my coding skills. The final round was an HR discussion where the company explained the role, remote work setup, and onboarding process. Communication was clear throughout, and the HR team was supportive and responsive.
The interview process at TCS is good, but the document verification is poorly managed, causing delays and frustration for candidates. Improvement in verification efficiency is needed for a smoother experience.
