I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at TELUS Digital
Interview
I applied online and I got 2 calls from the recruiter. The guy was nice and carefully explained the process. Second stage logical, grammar test which I passed. Third stage interview with 1 team leader out of 2 as he was not present during the video call. Unfortunately, the team leader was inexperienced, not listening and neither paying attention to what I was saying completely far from the interview set up. It took 45 minutes and was the big waste of my time; since the start I felt this lady didn't care a lot of what I was saying. At the end of the interview I asked questions about possible working hours and she didn't know, questions about the training and she didn't know. She didn't let me know neither when I was going to get the feedback. The most unprofessional interview of my life. After 2 of my follow-up emails the recruiter told me that there was someone else on the list that they were looking for. Waste of my time and nothing good to take home.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell me about a situation where you felt you reach a good achievement. What do you release your stress, what do you go?
Easy. A pre-assessment and a round with HR where you are asked HR questions like what animal you'd like to be and other HR irrelevant questions to the position in question.
The interviewer was nice, and they explained things well. They show that they care, and they listen to your questions and answer them promptly. They speak at an even pace as well.
I applied online. I interviewed at TELUS Digital (Las Vegas, NV) in Oct 2025
Interview
I was asked to schedule a fifteen minute Google Meets call with a recruiter to discuss the role and company, but the recruiter never showed up for the call. I left after ten minutes of waiting.
