Interview with Tech guys first, they are nice. Mostly they focus on technical side. Then the HR ,who is bad. Because she thinks doing overtime equal to learn which I totally disagree. They gave me offer but I didn’t accept because the HR also said they pay me for learning here. And the salary is low. Advice to company: Letting HR to hire software engineer is not a good idea.
