Interview
There were 3 stages of interviews conducted. The 1st was with the developer and manager, roughly asking about the tools used and discussing past projects. The 2nd was with the head IT, mostly asking about your personality and capability. Lastly, I was with the head of the department and was asked more critical thinking-kind of questions with solutions.

Can you explain the logic behind the Minesweeper game in programming?
Online interview and technical test related to the programming language that conducted on the same time. The interview was conducted in a rushed manner, which may affect interviewee performance.
Advise to clarify their questions clearly in case what you answer is not what they expected since some of the question can be vague.

very smooth , the interview seems nice and caring. Very polite on asking question and very nice. Got a called after a interview. But i had to reject because i had better offer. Overall , is a good session and all the interviewer were nice and polite
