Initially received a call from the senior human resource manager who asked me approximately 5 questions about past work experience and my knowledge of the elevator industry. First in perso Meeting was with human resources and the district manager. 2nd interview was with district manager and VP. I was offered the job by the district manager who then emailed me offer letter

Straightforward interview that was done over Microsoft Teams. In total, I had 3 interviews with HR, Sales Manager, and General Manager. Questions pertained to previous elevator and sales experience, as well as experience with handling multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines.
