I had a couple of phone calls and participated in an open house a couple of months before the actual interview. Since I was not in the twin cities area I did a video interview. Besides a strange set up that had the camera pointed down at them from probably 8 or 9 feet, the interview was pleasant. Note that the interview is very conversational, they ask you a lot about personal situations within previous jobs or schoolwork.
