Appalling. Persuaded by their HR to attend a 'chat' on Teams - DO NOT AGREE TO THIS IF THEY ASK YOU! I was ambushed by a full-on 1.5 hour interview with competency questions etc. This was NOT what I had agreed to and NOT what I had prepared for. No follow-up from HR, no 'thanks for attending', nothing. Dreadful management of process.

Lots of irrelevant competency questions that I had previously been told would not be asked.
Interview face to face. I thought I answered everything very well. Strange feedback as I’d asked a question relating to their JD they took it in a weird way. The interviewers clearly haven’t read their own JD! Terrible. Sounds like a huge team almost like a chicken factory. They want you in the office 5 days per week … pah (never!)
