The recruiter ghost you even if you ask later for process status, week after week you seem them renewing the job post.
Honestly the recruitment process now seems to be people data scavenging, they will collect your data and disappear

Interview
First interview with business manager or recruiter to hear about your career and talk a little bit about the project.
Next step is a tech interview with clients. Simple and agile process and they give you support and constant feedback during the process.
