First stage was a call to discus the company and the opportunity. They explain what you need to submit as a further application including a portfolio. They explained how the salary worked which is that you receive a base pay that is then increased depending on the jobs you take on for the company. They say there are lots of opportunities to take courses and develop your own ideas
