Good for newbies in BPO just like me. This is also my first time to apply and teleperformance gave me an opportunity to work for them. They have a good community inside the company.
After assessment, you will be interviewed by recruiters. The interview process is easy. They will just ask about your experiences. It only lasted for more or less 20 minutes. Just be yourself and be confident.
