The application is quick. I went to the company website and filled out the application, it takes less than 10 minutes and honestly even if you don't fill it out entirely you will still get a call. I received a call to come in for an interview. But they have walk-in interviews daily from 9am-2pm anyway. I came to my interview and immediately took a computer skills and grammar assessment. After I passed the assessments I took a typing test. (Only require 25 wpm) Once I passed the typing test, I listened to a sample call and I wanted for a recruiter to interview me. The questions are super generic, almost impossible to do terrible on. It is important to have open availability with them and have at least 6 months of customer service experience. After the first interview, I waited to for my second interview (same day). A different recruiter pulled me in and asked if I cared to skip the second interview, of course I did not object. I was then offered a position and picked my schedule and signed the new hire paperwork.
