Interview
Online survey including typing test for a fairly achievable standard. One on One Interview with recruitment advisor who reviewed the survey and resume- Depending on personality and understanding decided on applicable campaign. Group interview with campaign Manager around 6 of 9 were hired from the group interview.

Basic questions such as hypothetical customer service questions. Another example would be what would you do in a situation where you knew a process could be improved but your manager declined to listen to your input.

Interview
I completed the initial screening process and an aptitude test. I was informed that I had passed the test, but I did not receive any further communication regarding the next steps in the recruitment process.
The interview was held in two rounda, one was Hr and and another was Manager Round.The Hr round was very Basic but the Manager round was a good one, they checked communication skills through this rounda, then we had basic tests like typing speed test and some English grammaticall tests.
I filled out a job application. I answered assessments. I got a zoom link in email to go to meeting. I got the run around arounds. It is a waste of my time.
