Initially, you fill out an application, perform a typing test & answer about 5 math questions. If you pass this stage, there are two (2) interviews, the 1st in which you read a script, the 2nd is basically a "pre orientation" asking if you feel you are qualified to answer calls professionally

There isnt really anything difficult. The job itself is easy
They contacted me with a group zoom meeting. After dividing us in smaller groups and ask if we want the job after providing information about it. They also check internet connection and provide paperwork to fill out.

Interview
It was nerve-wracking at first but the interviewer was patient and professional in handling my responses. It became comfortable as the interview progresses because of how conversational the flow of our exchange of words are.
