I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at TP in Jan 2012
Interview
There will be an initial interview regarding the bio data or resume presented. Then computer exams like searching, multitasking, what you know kind of exam. Then another interview wherein the interviewer will measure how good you are in speaking. Then another task with the computer. Then a telephone conversation with a real person who might be from the US. Then the final interview.
