Computer psychology test, and standard employment forms. Bring ID and your second form for your I9 on your first time coming, just in case. Hiring is swift. I managed to prod the interviewer a bit for other job openings and he had a trainer position he hadn't filled. I pointed out that I had experience there, and it got me bumped up in my hourly wage a bit. They normally promote internally, but if you can avoid being an agent, it's smart to do so, if nothing else, for the pay.
