Applied online, had a phone interview at first, after this I have received a language test and a roleplay test where I should answer to some emails received from customers as a customer service representative. All went fine, but when I was supposed to have the final call, the HR missed the call and never got an email with the reason why they missed it, or to reschedule it.
I wouldn't recommend a company like this.
