They have a systematic procedure, an informed group of hiring specialist who is designated with handling each step from initial interview to job offer/contract signing so job seekers don't need to sit and wait for the same person to handle all the steps. how would you see yourself 5 years from now? This is a very difficult question to answer especially when you are a fresh graduate and you do not even know what is there/what to expect in call centers. i was hired at the time that call centers are yet to be acknowledged as a rewarding/profitable job.
Two interview rounds,one offline and operation round online and one assessment online.it was an easy process.total one day process or sometime it took two days. Good for freshers to join this company.

I completed the initial screening process and an aptitude test. I was informed that I had passed the test, but I did not receive any further communication regarding the next steps in the recruitment process.

Interview
It's quite a long process from initial interview up until final interview. I overthink it out as difficult and I'm nervous about the possible questions but it was indeed fulfilling after all.
