Easy procedure, just 2 to 3 rounds that too in a single day. And moreover immediate joining for almost all the process in Teleperformance.
Rounds were HR Versant OPS. and same day offer letter.

Interview
You go through HR and PI rounds. You have a good communication skill and confidence and you crack it. In PI there are 2 managers from operations team who takes your interview on the basis of your experience and a topic is given to speak for 2 minutes, this helps them understand your communication skill.
