It's a good place temporally. People are young and cool but the managers don't have too much interest for the questions, problems or anything relate to the employees. You must be in your space work, you can't talk with anybody because the supervisors have the order to vigilant all of the worker's.

The HR interview felt surprisingly considerate and professional, focusing primarily on verifying my English fluency and soft skills. Instead of a rigid interrogation, the recruiter maintained a welcoming approach, taking the time to listen to my professional background while evaluating how effectively I could articulate my thoughts in English. They seemed to genuinely value the clarity of my communication and my overall demeanor, ensuring that I was not only qualified for the role but also a good cultural fit for the company's environment.
The user interview, on the other hand, was much more direct and centered on the operational realities of the project. We spent most of the time discussing the challenges of the night shift schedule and my capacity to maintain high levels of empathy while managing customer satisfaction metrics. I made sure to pivot my previous experience in manufacture industry to demonstrate that I view client service as a precise, results-oriented process. The entire recruitment process was remarkably swift; thanks to this structured approach, I was able to secure a job offer within just one month.

Principalmente, las entrevistas se encargan de encontrar perfiles para las vacantes en inglés, en las cuales si no se cumple con el perfil te asignan a ls vacantes en español.
