Written test followed by a video-conference interview. The written test was an aptitude, typing and conceptual test as well as a simulation of a call center experience. The call center simulation was a little difficult in that everything is unfamiliar and you basically just have to try to find your way around the software application but after a few tries, you get used to it.

The interview process was smooth and not too stressful. First, there was a short phone screening, then an online test for typing and communication. After that, I had an interview with HR who asked about my background and how I handle customers. Lastly, I had a final interview with the account manager. Overall, it was a good experience and the interviewers were friendly
