The interview for the customer service position at the call center lasted about half an hour and took place in a private conference room. The interviewer, a manager at the call center, began by asking about previous customer service experience and why I was interested in this particular role. The interviewer then asked her a series of questions about her knowledge of Microsoft products and services, which I answered confidently and accurately. In the final portion of the interview, the interviewer asked me to describe a difficult customer situation and how she would handle it. I provided a thoughtful and thorough response, demonstrating my ability to handle challenging situations with tact and professionalism. Overall, I felt that the interview went very well.

Interview was easy 2-3 easy question but they completely misrepresented the job. They do not tell you up front you have to take and pass a personal lines licensing test and if you fail you are terminated.

They asked how many years customer service experience I have. They claim the job is just customer service however you have to pass a personal lines licensing exam that is very difficult to pass and they are not transparent to tell you if you fail the test you are terminated.
The interview process was straightforward and professional. It started with an HR screening discussing my background, work experience, and availability. The interviewer also assessed my communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and customer service mindset through situational questions. The process was completed within a few stages and feedback was provided in a reasonable timeframe.
