My interview happened over the phone since I was interviewed during the pandemic. The interview process was fast and easy, I got hired the same day. However, not everyone has the same experience. One of the friend who I referred to the company never got an interview and her status was tagged as unreachable.

Interview
I completed the initial screening process and an aptitude test. I was informed that I had passed the test, but I did not receive any further communication regarding the next steps in the recruitment process.
The interview was held in two rounda, one was Hr and and another was Manager Round.The Hr round was very Basic but the Manager round was a good one, they checked communication skills through this rounda, then we had basic tests like typing speed test and some English grammaticall tests.
I filled out a job application. I answered assessments. I got a zoom link in email to go to meeting. I got the run around arounds. It is a waste of my time.
