      Overall Impression: The interview process was well-structured and professional. The interviewer was friendly and made me feel comfortable right from the start. Preparation: I appreciated that they provided information about the company’s values and what to expect from the role ahead of time. This helped me prepare relevant questions and responses. Interview Format: The interview consisted of a mix of behavioral and situational questions, which allowed me to demonstrate my problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult customer interactions. For example, I was asked to describe a time I dealt with a challenging customer and how I resolved the situation. This question gave me a chance to showcase my communication skills and patience. Company Culture: The interviewer emphasized the importance of teamwork and support within the call center. Hearing about the training programs and ongoing development opportunities was encouraging and made me excited about the potential to grow with the company. Feedback: One area for improvement could be providing more time for candidates to ask questions at the end. I felt a bit rushed, and I had some additional questions about the team dynamics and performance metrics that I didn’t get to ask. Conclusion: Overall, it was a positive interview experience. I left feeling informed about the role and optimistic about the potential fit. I would recommend this company to others seeking a call center position, as they seem to value their employees and prioritize a supportive work environment.

      All is Good but it may take time to be called. Process cant be done in a day if you will not go in the hub panctually. Interviewer was letting you understand all the question first and not rushing you for giving answers.

      It was time consuming but understood it's the way they have to operate to ensure they find the best candidates to fit their projects, after it was over felt ease and a sense of accomplishment. If something needed to be recorded there was multiple attempts given which made it feel relaxed and giving the applier sense of autonomy and ability to give the best impression and high-light ones professionalism.
