Interview
- Was called directly by TP in Glasgow, they'd seen my CV online and wanted to invite me to a group interview session the next day for a Monday start. (same process if you apply through an agency, which is a more popular route into the company)
- Group interview, followed by a one on one interview (not lasting more than 10 minutes)
- Call back within a few hours to confirm I'd got the job
N.B. If you're articulate and coherent and play up to the 'I want to go into management' side of things then there's no reason anyone can't get this job - do go to the interview smartly dressed, it's business attire for everyone and it certainly helps when it comes to the interview.

Question 1
Group interview, involving the usual 'about me' questions, where you see yourself in 5 years time and what you'd like to get out of the role (plus your strengths and weaknesses in customer service). A lot of focus here is on 'how easy it is to progress' within the company.
One on one assessment, examples of when you've provided good customer service is the main one, and a little bit more about you and your working background.

Interview
Se llevan a cabo diferentes filtros antes de entrar, desde la primera entrevista son claros con las prestaciones y el sueldo, lo cual se agradece mucho. Principalmente, las entrevistas se encargan de encontrar perfiles para las vacantes en inglés, en las cuales si no se cumple con el perfil te asignan a ls vacantes en español.
All online with no contact from recruiters. After you submit an application, an automated email is sent with a link for online test to confirm that you can speak clearly, actively listen and read from a script.
