TP Customer Service Representative - Tech Support interview questions

Lenghty process, No intermediate contact, Questions that did not fit the job description at all, Extreme tardiness to adere to their own schedule, no knowlçedge of the CV they had in hand prior to the interview (only read it in my presence).

I had to do a test for the first part of the interview and then met with a lady from HR. Then i had a group interview for the second part, about 12 people. we went around answering questions. mostly about dealing with customer service and step to ensuring good customer service.
