The interview itself was fine. It was a conversation with a manager, with a mix of how would you describe yourself/management style + some behavioral questions. The disappointment part was with the recruiting team/recruiter. They were quick to schedule the interview but didn't offer multiple interview times/dates, instead they picked one and asked if you could make it. They also didn't screen you ahead of time (they asked salary expectations AFTER the interview had occurred and the salary range for a Sr Manager in L&R role was absolutely terrible - $85-95k... Teleperformance is WAY out of data on what a Sr Manager in any part of the corporate world makes. If they want to hire someone of quality who actually has the experience, they would know that Teleperformance is WAYYY underpaying them. It takes years or hard work and education to get to a Sr Manager in L&D role and a 5k range under 6 figures does not cut it anymore. Disappointed in this company - very stuck in the past in terms of benefits & pay. I didn't make it to the offer round but simply because I didn't want the job for 90k and they weren't willing to budge on their range.
