Initial phone screen interview asking about education/past experience.
In person interview: meet with CEO (small company) and 2 or 3 other employees to see if your a good fit.

Question 1
Questions surrounding client service, being detail oriented, owning up to mistakes. Don't actually have to have investment management/financial planning experience.
Few questions regarding technolgoy: Excel, Morningstar etc.
