I submitted my resume by email, in response to a posting on craigslist. I was contacted within a couple of days, which is pretty fast compared with most companies, and after a brief phone conversation, we set up an interview for the following week. There were only about four employees total at this location, and I met with the two managers for about an hour. They were very professional and knowledgeable, yet amiable and relaxed, so I was really at ease during the interview. They had some set questions they wanted to ask, but were very clear that they wanted me to take my time and think about each answer, and to feel free to change my answer if I wanted to. Overall a very good experience, and I hope to get a chance to interview there in the future.
