The process is very easy. The interview was conducted online over the course of an hour. You are in this group call with other potential candidates. They ask stereotypical interview questions about you. The online application for this job (pre-screening) took a lot longer for me to complete than the interview. I think they hire everyone because everyone in my group interview got hired.

There was a Group interview with one recruiter and another participant. We were asked questions individually and then pulled into breakout rooms and asked individual questions and given an offer at the end of the interview. It lasted about 30 mins total. Very laid back, no camera.
