The process was very straight forward.
My interview time was set up and I was sent the Zoom information immediately.
I was prepared with what sort of questions I would be asked and what questions to ask them.
The Interview it's self started promptly, and there were no issues connecting.
Everyone was super friendly and professional.

Kind people, transparent process who took the time to not only explain who they are, their process, and why it's important, but listened to my needs etc. As an individual with a disability, transparency by my employer about their work environment and support systems was absolutely necessary, and Tri-Ad pulled through.
