      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at TRI Marketing (Plymouth, MN) in Jan 2016

      Interview

I emailed my resume to Indeed before I was contacted by the hiring manager. I was called and emailed to set up a time to meet for an interview. We talked and found a time that worked perfect with my busy schedule. I showed up and was greeted by a young lady who had me fill out an application. After filling out my application I was interviewed by the hiring manager Ryan. We went over exactly what TRI does for Allstate Insurance and talked about what my strengths in Customer Service are. I read the script and everything went great. I was informed of an upcoming training class and was told I would be contacted if I was hired. I was called by Ryan a few days later and was set up for a Tuesday training class. I felt the whole interview process was very professional which in call center type work is hard to find. Thank you TRI for the GREAT opportunity!

      Interview

First you come in fill out an appliaction. Then the human resource manger comes in and you then take a typing test. If you get at least 30 words per minute you got the job. Then you go into his office and he explains the hours the pay scale which if you could make as little as 9 an hour ad may say 12 but thats only during training. I would of taken job if they has a set salary and you got commision for beating a starnard of leads. I need to know my hourly pay before i get my paycheck. This is a great job for a person that just wants spending money not good job for a family that needs that pay.
