Started with a initial phone screen. The HR person sounded like a sales man trying to sell me the job rather than being interested in knowing who I was. However, this seemed like a good opportunity for me so I kept interviewing. After the phone screen there was another phone interview with a Regional Director who asked me the typical project management questions and about my previous experience in managing a Biomed shop.
After that was a final face-to-face interview with one of the Area Vice Presidents at the corporate office. I thought this would have been the toughest interview, however, I wasn't asked a single question about my experience in the hospital. Most were about whether I'll relocated to another state where theres a need and what my relocation expectations were.
Overall a pretty easy interview process and it seemed like they were desperate to get someone hired.
