I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at TRIMEDX (Indianapolis, IN) in Jan 2019
Interview
Awful- my interaction with HR was a mess. I didnt receive an agenda (with time, location and people) until night before. Nobody greeted me and HR told me to walk across the parking lot to other building. I was a referral and HR took 2 months to call me while employee continued to ask HR if they screened me.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at TRIMEDX (Indianapolis, IN) in Feb 2012
Interview
30 Minute Phone Conversation with HR/Talent Acquisition. 3 Hours On-Site (5 Interviews) for First Round. 15 Minute Phone-Follow Up with HR. 1 Hour On-Site with VP Ops and Director before Offer. Interviewed for the applied-for position and two others at the same time. Decent effort to evaluate overall fit. HR Was polite and well-informed up until the offer phase which was very much "Take it or Leave It" and "Need a Decision Now". Having accepted the offer, I came to know that TriMedx does not want to be involved in a bidding situation with associates.
