The interview process was poorly managed from the beginning. The recruiter repeatedly asked for my availability, only to ignore it and propose unrelated times. No questions I asked were ever answered. Even after completing a long technical interview, I received zero follow-up or update — despite the role being labeled an “urgent hire.” I don’t expect instant feedback, but I do expect professionalism, clarity, and basic courtesy. None were present in this experience.
