I talked with their employees at a career fair and left my resume with them. I got a call a month or so later and scheduled a phone interview. I went through three phone interviews that were about half an hour long each. A few days later I received an email saying they went with another candidate.

Interview
1st, submission of CV. Then, there's a writing test and a personality quiz test. If selected, there will be an online interview with 3 interviewers - each from respective department. Was told outcome of interview would take about a week but reply came in 3 days.

Interview
I talked to their employees at the career fair and gave them my resume. I received a call from them a month later to set up a phone interview. The first phone interview was about half an hour long. The style of interview is they ask you questions and record you so upper management can review your interview. At the end they let you know that if they want to move forward they will call you otherwise they will email you. I got a call a couple days after my first interview to setup another phone interview. I got a call after my second phone interview to setup my third phone interview and a few days after my third phone interview I got an email. I had asked earlier in the process and I was told after the third phone interview there is an interview in person.
