I emailed the company after finding a position that was 42 weeks per year. I emailed the company for details on the application process, submitted an application, resume by email, and transcripts. I have a bachelors degree and in school for my masters degree. The economy is tough right now, but I was one of five granted an interview. The interviewer was young, but knowledgeable. She had another assistant taking notes. They asked questions such as how long I would want to stay with company. They asked me about different scenarios, specific job situations. They asked me about my best qualities. I was the last person interviewed, and what I do think since I had 15 years of social service type experience, was that in this company it helps to be one of the first interviewed to make a good impression. I feel they probably had already made their choice before I interviewed and I think I would have been perfect for the position. It helps to know a little about this company.
