TX Communications Group interview questions

The phone call I received to set up the interview that I applied for online seemed normal; the interview itself, not so much. I researched the company and the information provided was quite vague. I had used google maps to direct me there and once I had arrived to the building, I noticed that the company's business status, on google, was listed as permanently closed. Apprehensive, I still went into the suite and there were at least 8 or 9 other people there besides myself. Talk about unprofessional and a big red flag. I waited for over an hour to hear basically a sales pitch about the about the company. I was only asked one question and it had nothing to do about my credentials in which I was applying. In fact, the position they had posted on an online job site and their own site was not even close to what they actually wanted. It was a start from the bottom sales position that they wanted me to learn the business and products then be able to open my own office. Can we say pyramid scheme? I was quite shocked that a company would go to great lengths to scam people. Read "Company Reviews." Apparently the owner is a pro at doing this and it is NOT his first rodeo. I found the additional information afterwards, which saved me from going back into their office. Apparently, there have been several business entities in which the founder created to get people to work long hours for almost nothing. Providing others with false hope and information is despicable.
