There were some typical behavioural interview questions. The harder parts for me were the structural analysis questions. It is best to be prepared to do structural calculations in the face to face interview.

There is no interview required for any department, the intake of interns is probably based on submission on email through resume/cover letter and your academic result CGPA. Past experiences in projects or previous internship might be a plus point.
