The interview process was a relaxed environment and almost felt more like a conversation than an interview. Questions were around previous experience, hobbies, and work styles. The interview itself wasn't very long at all, probably just shy of 20-minutes.

How does your previous work experience apply to this role?
Group interview at the head office doing group activities and meeting the regional managers to determine suitability to role. It was a fun and laid back process. Great to meet other candidates who would potentially get the role too at other stores during Christmas. Great experience

The interview process is pretty chill. As long as you keep the conversation flowing. The hiring manager was friendly and made sure that you are not nervous answering questions by reassuring you to relax
