Interview
After submitting my CV, I received a call from the Talent Acquisition Specialist to ask me a few questions 2 weeks later. They had seemed to be in a rush with their search for a candidate and got a call-back the same day asking me to design 2 banners of different sizes for their most popular game within 2 days.
Three days after submitting the banners, they sent me an automatic e-mail saying they wouldn't proceed with my application. I then asked for feedback to see where my design went wrong but then no reply.
After a few days, I resent the e-mail asking if they could please get back to me and the Talent Acquisition Specialist replied saying she had got my e-mail, had forwarded it to the hiring manager and that there was nothing else she could do. Did I ever get a reply from the hiring manager?.........NO. It just shows how incompetent they are with their dodgy company. It would have been wiser to read the comments on Glassdoor before submitting my CV. Too many negatives. What a time-waster....
