Brings you in for an interview, asks you about your experience with the position, tells you what the job will require and what clothes you will need. Explains how to clock in mainly and showing you who will be telling you what to do as far as training. Mainly spent the other 10 minutes asking about my brother who applied for the same position but had better experience. So I was more of a holdover to see if my brother would call him back about the position.
