Received a call from a man who wanted to know if my replying to his ad for "Matchmaker" was a lark or whether I was serious. I was relieved to leave the zebra print lobby furniture next day when the interviewer appeared and led me to his office. He said job turnover is high; younger employees are less set in their ways. Age discrimination?. I left with no intention of accepting an offer which worked out because I never got one. In fact, I did not get anything -- I believe a rejection follow-up is better than ignoring a candidate.
