Panel interview. Usually 2 or more employees from all levels will take turns asking questions from a sheet of paper. About 10-12 questions total. They also allow you to have a copy of the interview questions in the very beginning. Pretty straightforward. They want to know that you understand this work, and love if people have lived experience relating to the job.
