After completing the application on-line. I received a pre-screening questionnaire with many questions that were asking why you wanted to work at TRM. The first in person interview was on-site with the supervisor to the position, their supervisor (the site manager) and followed by their supervisor (Senior Director of Operations and Outcomes). Followed a week later, I received a call back for yet another interview. This interview was between the Office Manger and Human Resource person. Throughout the process of meeting the human resource person and shadowing for the day it appears as if everyone is telling you that you have the job. But of course, nothing is official until you get an email back. The last step was getting to shadow the site making sure that you are a good fit but also that you have the chance to interview the current employees. Through everything it took two weeks to hear back a final decision through email.
