Interview
4 interviews. Two with hiring manager, one with hiring manager and senior account manager, and an initial interview with the Human Resources rep. All were conducted virtually for a remote position.
4 Part Interview Process
- Phone screen with recruiter
- Hiring manager interview (turned into 2 parts)
- Peer interview
- Leadership interview (with one prep call)
There was supposed to be a client interview or touchbase but that ended up getting skipped.
It was a good interview process with multiple stakeholders covering all facets of the job. Human Resources was responsive and kept me informed on the status of the application until the end.
